SRIJAN LAB SKILLS IN MATHEMATICS CLass VIII

Jean Piaget, the eminent educational psychologist, has suggested that if all those abstract tasks (concepts), which are difficult to comprehend by the learners, are brought down to the concrete operational level, where students try to verify the concepts through concrete objects with their own hands, the students will enjoy studying them and will comprehend the subject and its concepts easily. This is precisely the aim of a Mathematics Laboratory. SRIJAN LAB SKILLS IN MATHEMATICS series is an effort in this direction to allow children to test, verify and to do activities/tasks with their own hands. This alleviates their fear of the subject and infuses interest, inquisitiveness and enthusiasm in them.
